This isn't right!

Ordered 6' x 3' metal cabinet fully assembled. Waited 2 weeks was supposed to arrive on 4/17/25. Recieved msg on 10th it was shipped. On 17th got msg it would be late arriving it was "delayed". Waited until 25th. No cabinet, no messages. I emailed requesting update on order on 23rd. Today got msg it was "lost" and they were cancelling order and refunding me. Now the cabinet is $40-$100 higher? They "lost" a 6ft x3ft x 15" full size cabinet! And can't find it or send me another for the same price!? What does this sound like to you? Very disappointed and dissatisfied......
