Too short

Where can I get spare parts? I need 4 extra tubes so I can raise the top bunk. My 9yo keeps hitting her head. Obviously I will need 8 size a bolts to install those but I also need more of those longest bolts. I must have used them in the wrong places. How can I reach the manufacturer?

I love how this looks, it's a shorter bunk bed, which makes it nice for rooms with ceiling fans. I enjoy being able to see and reach the top bunk to say goodnight/good morning. It was pretty easy to assemble, if you read the instructions without making assumptions, it will be easy. I think it took 1.5 hours including putting in the mattresses and bedding. A slight disappointment is that I have a 10" mattress and that lines right up with the railing. Technically, my kiddo could roll out without anything slowing him. I might want to make some PVC or wood barrier to block the edge. I would love if the bottom bunk was about 2" taller to roll under bed storage. Somehow the bed support slats dislodge regularly. I bet another 1/2" of length or 1/16" with of the slat wedges would help that issue.

easy to install and sturdy

I bought 2 of these in the full over full size. they are quiet (especially for metal bunk beds) and surprisingly sturdy. my oldest son (6') is too tall to sit up on the bottom bunk but is still very comfortable. both bunks are being used for adult sized kids and everyone is very happy with the upgrade. assembly was pretty easy once you get the pieces sorted. I wish it came with more extra bolts, one of the beds was short a bolt but I just subbed in a longer bolt (extra) that was the same diameter. I built one with help (lots of teenagers) and one alone. I'm a 5' tall 39y old woman with no special experience. this was not a complicated assembly. the one I did alone, there was exactly one step that I would have benefited from a helping hand but if you have some ingenuity it was pretty easy to find something to prop the end of the long rail when assembling the top bunk. all in all, assembly was very simple and didn't require too much "figuring out". the only thing I wish they would change is the configuration on the outlet. I wanted to install it on a specific corner so that it would be near to the wall outlet I wanted to plug it into. I didn't want trailing cords. well, you can only properly install it on the corners that have stairs. this seems like such a silly design flaw on something that is supposed to add convenience. I ended up installing it backwards (outlet facing into the bottom bunk instead of out) which worked but was annoying. also, it seems that those bolts/screws that hold the outlet to the little square frame MUST be inserted in the "right" way. I wish they had marked which was was "front" before I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if I wasn't strong enough or if the holes weren't properly drilled. I'm lucky I didn't strip them. all in all, I'd order it again in a heartbeat. great deal for small spaces.
