Chose the same size as usually wear in non… safety shoes. No break in period required, but rotate work shoes. Toe box works as wide enough. The foot/ankle support meet needs. The foot bed helps with back alignment. Use in warehouse setting: lifting, pulling, and provide great base support fo all over 10-hour shifts. No additional inner sole required.
