I decided to take a chance on this item because I wanted a marinade for baked salmon and all the reviews were positive. The first bottle I received was not in good shape (wasn't properly sealed) and I reported it. I almost just asked for my money back but I had already purchased the fish so I asked for a replacement. And I am so glad I did! Replacement came the next day and it was AMAZING! A huge hit at our home for sure and I now try to always keep a bottle on hand!

The heat level is when It's searing, say my favorite is fish wise is Ahi Tuna Steaks. I do not add salt. This I would not know if it would work for hamburgers, but I'd be amazed if it was a good substitute for other glazes. I think they'd be great for wings. The spices I'd add would probably add to the flavorful juicy goodness of the Merman Teriyaki Glaze it'd be Chicago Steak Seasoning from the Webber grill spices brand (maybe a spelling error). Anyway it's amazing!
