I have allergies.All the time. I use a nazel spray to clean out my nose and then I use the Menthol in my nose so that stuff dose not stick to the inside of my nose. If I don't use it, when I try to clean my Nostrils the right sine bleeds! That doesn't happen when I use the menthols!!
