Runs way too small

Ordered a men's extra large hoodie, the sleeve stopped 6 inches above my wrist, and it is tight across the chest. The sizing does not align with his standard extra large hoodie sizing. Also, attempting to do a return and Fanatics has yet to reach out, well past their 48 hour window of committed communication.
