[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pliers are well made with tight joints, a hardened cutting edge that cuts well and molded handles that don't twist or slip off. The pliers cut individual copper (up to #10), metal wire and #16 stainless steel wire easily and cleanly. The handles are comfortable and easy to grip even with wet or muddy hands. The lack of oxide coating will require additional protectant applied periodically to prevent corrosion, but this is the case with any oxide or non-oxide coated tool in the south with high humidity. Overall, a well-made pair of pliers that would be useful and provide many years of service to most maintenance technicians or homeowners.
