Microwave Instructions: Puncture plastic film in several spots on top of tray OR peel film back on tray about 1 - inch to vent. Place tray in microwave. Heat on High for 30 seconds. Caution: The tray and its contents are Hot after microwaving. Carefully peel back film from tray and stir contents. Re-cover with the film and continue to heat for an additional 30 seconds or until hot. Let tray stand for 1 minute, if desired. All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Not for use in conventional ovens. No refrigeration needed until opened. Store at room temperature.

Meatloaf.... YUM
They always say to not eat any meatloaf but your mother's. However, this meatloaf is really good even though not my mom's. I do usually add a little ketchup to the meatloaf patty cuz I like ketchup. It is fine without but add a little zing. The potatoes are fine as well. It heats up quickly so is an easy dinner. I am always a bit leery of "mystery meat" but like the taste of this just fine. I usually serve with a vegetable or a salad and have a nutritious meal in no time.
