DIRECTIONS: Coat 1 lb. firm fish fillets, such as catfish, salmon, tuna (1/2-inch thick), or shrimp with 2 tsp. seasoning. Sauce in 1 tbsp. butter in skillet, over medium heat 4-5 min. per side or until done. For more authentic blackening results, cook outdoors in cast iron skillet over high heat on grill side burner.

Use this seasoning on many things!
The Old Bay Seasoning is great for many different applications. I tried it on chicken, fish, potatoes, etc. It tastes great on so many things! Love that's it is non- gmo and gluten free, as I do have a family member with some sensitivity issues. This free sample of Old Bay has also lead me to be interested in trying some of the other products they offer as well.

The taste of Old Bay with a Cajun kick.
If you like Old Bay and you like Cajun style then you will like this. We received this as a free sample to review and were very pleased with it. We used it on pork chops, chicken, and one day I used it to spice up my cheeseburgers to see how it would be on beef. We aren't big into super spicy or hot and this gave the meat enough zing but not too much. I'm sure if you really loaded it up you could really get your eyes watering. Definitely holds it's own when compared to other Cajun style seasonings.

So again I'm late on my review because I like to be honest. I have been on a health kick lately and have been eating rabbit food. I finally got around to using this on some shredded crab meat for a salad and omg. Delicious. Definitely didn't give me that dreadful this is healthy taste, and definitely added the needed flavor to my salad
