I have moved in my new home and I used this faucet in both bathrooms. One box was missing a part but i called and they mailed the part and I received it the next day and it was very easy to speak to them and get what o needed with no interrogation. So far they are great and I love them!

We like everything about this set.
Control installation flush with finished wall was easy because of plastic guide block. A little extra thought went into spout and shower head height to center within new tiles. Very easy to adjust our water temperature mix with the pull and twist controller on the second attempt. Family likes the quick warm mix on bath and shower. Quarter turn on/off is efficient and speeds up filling and push fill/drain was easy to install and works well. Color is very handsome. After over a month of use still no flush scalding or tap freeze. Well done. It's easy to put in, looks great and this is a quality product that you sometimes hear about.
