Great beer

Color: strawo Pours with minimal chill haze and clear, white foam. Retention is fleeting. Lacing is typical of a lager: falls back to liquid. Aroma of bread and cracker malt. Fruit and floral. Taste is bread malt that build to a lingering sweetness. Fruit, maybe bubblegum. Almost syrup like at times. Medium body and light carbonation. Dry. Not bitter. No hints of alcohol. I don't drink many maibocks, therefore I don't know much about the style. A bit to sweet for me, even if it is to style, making it tough to have more than one at a time. Otherwise a nice beer. Enjoy!
