Chocolate Chip Flavor Meli's Monster Cookie mix is always naturally Gluten-Free and High in Protein, high in Fiber, and Preservative-Free. Made with certified gluten-free oats, all natural chocolate chips and chunks, Meli's Monster Cookies are easy to bake and taste amazing. For an easy to make family recipe: Add ½ cup peanut butter (or any nut butter or non-nut butter), an egg, and 4 tablespoons of butter to our Chocolate Chip mix. Bake for less than 10 minutes. Enjoy!
STORY: Meli’s recipe comes from a long-loved family recipe and Meli’s was created by the two Melissa’s, childhood best friends. Our “aha” moment was triggered when a close family member developed a gluten intolerance, and we realized the recipe had no gluten. Delicious and easy to make !
This gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix is delicious ! You only need a few simple ingredients and you are good to go. I used peanut butter which added a great taste to the cookies. The mix was a little messy , it stuck to my hands a lot but that was really the only downside, and totally worth it because they were absolutely delicious.

These cookies are delicious! I dolled the recipe up just a little and everyone raved about how great they were. I added 6 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1-1/4 tsp vanilla, and 2 eggs. Dropping them by teaspoons, it made 3 doz. cookies. Cook at 350 for 9 to 10 minutes.

This cookie mixture came as a small pack of mixed ingredients with chocolate chips. It is very simple recipe given on the box. If you follow the exactly all the steps, it will turn out really good. It is soft and not too sweet. Very easy to make. Also women owned business.
