The breathable acrylic adhesive and non-adherent gauze pad means no more tape and gauze rolls to deal with. Include as part of your first aid supplies. The adhesive securely and comfortably holds the dressing in place and moves as you move for ongoing protection up to 7 full days. The 2.5” x 2” soft gauze pad absorbs drainage and softly cushions without sticking to the wound for gentle removal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Medline's Stratasorb Island Wound Dressing is easy to use with for a variety of wounds or chronic wounds requiring more advanced island style dressings. Waterproof and comfortable. Easily removed afterwards too, no chafing upon removal! Super comfortable and breathable, I was able to keep it on while continuing to doing work and it allowed my cut to heal without any issues. Definitely Recommend.

Great dressings with high absorbency and adhesion!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stratasorb sterile island dressings by Medline are really great especially for wounds in those “difficult to stick” areas like the knee and elbow. My son has some road rash on his elbow from a bike accident and these dressings have been amazing. They're very absorbent and I think they have helped speed up the healing process. The bit of padding is nice for comfort. Removal isn't as painful as a lot of medical tape and bandages. I highly recommend these!

Great island dressing for med kit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this in the mail. I have a med kit and this would go great just incase of cuts or wounds that need to stay moisture free. Seems very thick and it has holes on the pads for breathability. I do not know how strong the adhesive is yet since i do not want to waste but 5 stars for medical supply.
