It's delicious, better than sardines in my opinion, because it has no bones, and it's affordable on my budget. We always had smoked fish at home when I grew up (for the vitamin D).

Kipper snack are great to have . It's the right portion for ones who just want a little something to eat. I stretched it by putting onions, peppers and tomatoes . 3 people were able to eat from that one can. I love that it's fillet. I have to order more, must have products for ones on the go. I herb shipping is quick and on time .
