I was originally using the reusable pads which are good if I'm home bound because they sometimes leak through. I used a sample of the Medela pads and I was hooked. They are comfortable, they stay dry if I happened to leak a bit and they are very resistant.

These are by far the best nursing pads ever in my opinion! They're contoured and very comfortable. They have 2 sticky spots that stick really well and keep it in place even while nursing. Super absorbent too.
