First, delivery was faster than expected. The company thought there would be a delay, kept in constant contact with us, and even sent a small gift for any inconvenience. In other words, great customer service. Little assembly needed and two elderly people were able to assemble quickly. We have used this chair for a few days now, and are pleased with the comfort and the easy to use remote. This chair will completely meet our needs!

One box arrived on Saturday 12/18 we were excited bc we needed this recliner for my husband to use after getting home after his stroke. The second box didn't arrive until 12/24. That box was really beat up but product was good. My husband uses this everyday. And it works great for him to get from Wheelchair to chair and vise versa. I missed that height was recommended for 5'9” and my husband is 6'3” but he is ok with it and it looks nice. Gives him an option other then his wheelchair and something to take pressure off areas of his body. I would recommend.

I really like the recliner , I purchased two , customer service from company was great .. very roomy. Just wish it was more softer on sitting cushion of recliner %26 it would be perfect. But maybe because it's new %26 needs to be broken in . Love the two cup holders %26 both sides have charging ports which is convenient.
