McCormick PERFECT PINCH Gluten Free Lemon Pepper Seasoning, 5.75 oz Bottle

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I used the Lemon & Pepper seasoning on pan fried chicken tenderloins and it did not disappoint! I wanted to experience the full flavor, so I didn't add any other seasonings and I can tell you, it didn't need anything else. I used the chicken on a Cesar salad and the lemon flavor on the chicken really added a nice zest to the salad. This will be my go-to seasoning for chicken as it's simple prep and adds a ton of flavor.

It can be difficult to balance the bright citrus with a complimentary blend of spices. McCormick has exceeded my expectations with this new blend. I found a zesty lemon flavor along with a pleasant blend of fresh pepper flavor. The immediate standout is the lemon. It is sharp, clean and refreshing. I found a welcome brightness that cuts the richness of butter when using it on steamed broccoli and grilled fish. The pepper came through next, adding a slow building warmth and slight bite. Together they provide zesty and spicy, sharp and balanced. There is also a blend a garlic, onion and additional spices that perfectly round out the flavor and add depth without overpowering the lemon. I found this blend to be incredibly versatile. It made veggies and fish rave worthy. The grilled chicken had my children asking for seconds. Added to olive oil before roasting veggies or sprinkled over steamed veggies it makes a quick side easy to prepare and devoured by even my picky eater. This blend is a real workhorse. It simply transford everything into vibrant, crave worthy dishes. It is a must have for those anyone who enjoys bright, punchy flavors. It is a pantry staple in my house that will be used often.
