Brilliant!

These tasty tea biscuits are very popular in the UK, but are hard to find at a good price in the States. I was shocked and stoked to spot them in my local Walmart! Digestives go great with black tea! (perhaps coffee as well) The name can seem misleading to Americans, so don't let it confuse you. (Their baking soda content was once believed to aid digestion, and the name stuck.) They're similar to graham crackers, but digestives are much better at dunking in tea since graham crackers get soggy/mushy almost immediately. If you're a tea or coffee drinker, I highly recommend trying these!
