Good quality for the price

I use lots of organic spice, particularly hotter ones with medicinal healing properties such as these hot pepper flakes, cayenne, turmeric, ginger and thyme. Overall these pepper flakes are worth what they cost. The price does adequately reflect the quality of the product but if I had more money I'd buy the Simply Organic red pepper flakes instead because their higher price concurs to an equally higher quality, as is the case almost across the board when comparing Simply Organic spices to similar organic products from McCormick. However if McCormick is all I can afford then I'll be grateful to use McCormick's relatively decent red pepper flakes in my soups, Chinese style mei fun, or on top of fresh pepper and tomato salad with green olives and red onions. And buying McCormick spices in bulk does save a relatively realistic amount of money but overall I have found that other companies which have either exclusively organic spices or a heightened awareness of the importance of using ecological sustainable farming do produce higher quality and better tasting organic spices (such as the spice manufacturers called Frontier and Spicely Organic which is sold by Walmart). Overall I hope to see Walmart sell more organic products in bulk, such as these spices because they are worth the price if I actually use them, though if I were to buy certain spices in bulk, such as dill, it would need to be frozen in the freezer for a week after arrival because some spices, particularly dill, are known to develop infestations if they are finished long after the purchase date and never frozen to begin with upon arrival, just like many cereals. However infestation has never to date been a problem with any of my hot spices such as these red pepper flakes, cayenne and anything else that contains high quality and high percentage of any form of hot pepper, such as these hot red pepper flakes sold through Walmart.
