I Use Alot Of Cinnamon, In Everything When Cooking,From Oatmeal And Rice Pudding To Some Of The Special Sauce's That I Prepare. I Also Like To Use It In The Winter Months Around The Holidays To Make A Nice Smelling Potpourri That I Summer On The Stove Top. I Absolutely Love The McCormick Brand. I Highly Recommend McCormick Cinnamon It Really Is The Best.And I Try To Never Want To Be Without It .

A Great General Brand

I love cinnamon and go through it like crazy. There aren't many kinds I don't like. If a recipe calls for 1 tsp, I put 2 tsp. It's my favorite spice. This particular McCormick type isn't all that strong but it gives a very pleasant overall spice taste to whatever you use it for.

I wanted to get a quality cinnamon I used it in a lot of various different ways, in my tea, in my coffee, in my oatmeal, and my yogurt, great taste doesn't take up in the bottle and stick together it's a quality cinnamon a little expensive but it's worth it.
