Purchased because of tailgate theft reports locally and I occasionally remove my old tailgate so I didn't want to use the hose clamp method. Fits my 02 Ranger and works great. Good price and store pick-up saved shipping cost.

Great Product!

Fit perfectly on my 2002 Ranger and installed in no time. I think it would probably be easier and much less time to steal the whole pickup rather than just trying to get the tailgate with this lock securing it. Recommend this product!
