Bought 2 of these for my 3 and 4 year old (both under 40 lbs). They absolutely love them! My 3 year old picked up really quickly how to control it. Love how it doesn’t go very fast as we have stairs so I like how I can catch it if need be (so far haven’t had to but you know kids..lol). Seems to run for at least an hour to an hour and a half on a full charge.

So much fun!

My niece (19 months old) adores this bumper car. I keep it at my house for when she comes over in the evenings as my house isn’t completely child proof. I like that she can use this to safely get around from room to room, not to mention she has a blast in it. If she bumps into the kitchen cabinets or wall with this, no biggie, she is fine, the wall is fine, no marks left behind and the bumper car is fine - it is designed to bump into things without damage. To keep her securely in place there is a lap belt and she controls it with two controllers for forward, backward, left, right and circles. The battery life is long lasting, but I charge it every night because I know then it will be ready to go for the next whole day if needed.

These bumper cars are so much fun. The joystick controls are easy to use and allow kids to move forward, in reverse, and spin in circles. It is hilarious to watch them in action and the kids have a blast driving around. I bought 2 bumper cars for my kids to be able to battle and chase each other. I wish there was the option to buy them as a 2-pack! The battery seems to last a long time before needing to be recharged. Usually my kids will be riding around for about half an hour before moving onto something else for a bit, then I plug the car in to recharge. We haven’t run out of battery yet so I don’t know the full capacity for it. I’m glad the car arrived with a full battery because the kids wanted to hop in immediately and ride and they were able to do that. The car is lightweight and slow moving enough not to damage furniture or rattle the kids if they crash head-on. The rubber bumper pads help a lot with absorbing any impact. While best on a smooth surface, they are able to go over small bumps like from wood flooring to carpet. We’ve used this car both indoors and on our quiet street. Lots of fun!
