I bought this coat in October of 2018, and the New England weather has given it an excellent opportunity to test it out. I'm VERY happy with it. It fits well, is warm, cleans easily, and has wonderful features. I have not noticed it to be loud, so perhaps that was addressed by Marmot. I'm actually thrilled with this coat, and am so glad I bought it. I would definitely recommend this coat! PS- I researched and considered other coats, but am so glad I went with this one.

After years of hating my jacket, I'm so glad I finally found this one. I keep saying it is the warmest coat I've ever owned. The double zipper works great and it looks nice open or buttoned up. BEST winter jacket ever!
I got my Marmot jacket like 9 years ago and I LOVE it so much! When I moved to NYC 11 years ago (from Spain), I needed a new jacket to keep me warm on NYC winter weather and my husband got it for my for Christmas. I usually don't like wearing bunch of layers and thanks to this jacket, I can wear something light, wear the jacket and still be warm and beat the cold. Last winter my mom came to visit me and I let her use my jacket and of course she loved it. One feature that she pointed out is that the jacket is not heavy and she was surprised how warm it kept her so she begged me to buy her one, so this year I got it for her for Christmas. She was so happy! I recommend this jacket to all my friends. And thank you husby for my amazing GIFT that I still use after almost 10 years.
