just love the flavor and crispness

i love coleslaw angel hair - it is not thick and it is very thin - you can makes so many dishes and side dishes with it and the crispness is great and crunchy also i use this for a snack for i add salad dressing also make my own dressing from scratch. it can be used for cooking meat dishes as well and i like this very mush i like it so much i eat cabbage like this 4 times per week

I love making a mixture of salads using different kinds of cabbage I mix 2 different colors of cabbage (red and green ) together and add my vegetables in it like carrots diced scallions n use Briana's poppy seed dressing This bag of cabbage is a very small bag but the shredding is already done for you Pop it in. A salad bowl n supper is ready

This angel hair, shredded cabbage is so easy to work with and sober at all. It can be steamed or sautéed with onions as well as being made into coleslaw. I had a little onion and shredded carrot with a touch of mayonnaise and cans light sweet Vidalia onion salad dressing. It's good enough for company. The price is great, and Jewel does not carry this item. 4 stars for sure.
