It says 12 oz, but, its really like to the brim of the cup 12 oz, its more like a 10 oz cup, which is ok, but confusing when using a keurig, and the 10 oz almost filled it entirely, but, this helps me drink less coffee since it keeps it hot and drinkable longer

The cup wasn't as big as I thought it was. It works well. It keeps the coffee hat, but it doesn't hold as much as I thought it would in the picture. It looked bigger and I guess I didn't pay attention to the quantity that it holds if the mug was bigger, it would be excellent.

Wish it were ceramic

The cup itself kept my coffee hot, I was just disappointed it was plastic. It also doesn't really hold enough for me. If the plastic doesn't bother you, its a great cup for the price. I'll just wait for a ceramic or stone cup.
