I have about 4 of these fans. One of the fans I have had for 3 years. Design and Build: This 4-inch fan is lightweight and made of metal. The 360-degree pivot is good for directing airflow where it is needed. The USB cord is long enough to reach from a desk or power bank without cluttering up space. Performance: For its size, it puts out a steady, comfortable breeze. It is not meant to cool a whole room, but it is perfect for keeping a laptop from overheating or for light personal use. I use one on my desk daily for about eight hours, and the oldest one has been running for over three years without any issues. Emergency Use: This fan is a great backup during power outages. It can run for days off a small power bank and gives just enough airflow to make long outages more tolerable. It does not draw much power, which makes it a reliable emergency fan. Care and Maintenance: Cleaning is simple. The fan guard and blades can be wiped with a baby wipe or cloth, and the parts are easy to take apart and reassemble. Limitations: This is not a strong wind fan. If you need high airflow, this will not do it. It is best suited for personal use or to keep electronics cool. Also, this fan can slightly move when it is on. You can put something under the fan to keep it from sliding.

Handy Little Fan

I just wanted a small, inexpensive fan for a bedroom, this one is just right. The tilt of the fan is adjustable and It has a low noise level which is barely noticeable to me. For a fairly small single speed fan it provides plenty of air circulation. Imo, it feels like a larger fan but takes up less space, and costs less. I plan to buy another one soon.
