POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered (1) of these rugs but received (2) on seperate orders - I have the order %23's . I returned the extra one but only got credit for the product cost even though I was charged an additional shipping. If I wanted (2) rugs I would have paid NO shipping. I explained to the customer service and she could not do anything about it which left me very dissatisfied. I would appreciate a f/u from your company to correct this erroneous error. I will wait and see what you you do to make this right. Thank you

Great for the price. I bought this for my son's room who has a car bed and this just pulled the room together. It's a thin rug but very soft. I have a bit of it under his bed so it doesn't slide around or else it would definitely be sliding around on my tile flooring
