I absolutely love this mug. It is perfect for my dog loving friends! The only problem is the order came in different shipments and at different times. The last box I received came with smashed mug. Disappointed because everything else came in great condition. When I called Customer Service to tell them about this problem, your AI assistant was actually kind of rude and tried every which way to keep me from talking to a live human. Her expression was like oh, all right, I will get you to a customer service rep. But it was a struggle the whole way. I really dislike your AI assistant.

I love these cups. They're so cute. They're bigger than my other ones. I can have a little bit more tea at night. Or ginger tea. Whatever. I would recommend it to people.
