Plastic cracked
I liked the design of this carrier with the top door and side door plus the fact that its height is greater than other carriers I looked at. However, the plastic that holds the top door in place started to crack after one visit to the pet groomer with my 7 pound cat. Fortunately, the groomer noticed the crack and alerted me to it. I am looking into getting the top half of the carrier replaced. If this can't be done, I will try to return it to Walmart.
