Overall disappointed

Overall, pretty disappointed with this item. The color and material is fine. The bottom cushions are comfortable but the measurements for the height were not accurate at all. The overall height of the item I received is about 3 inches shorter than what the website says and the ottomans are about 2 inches shorter. This made a huge difference in my overall opinion of the item and I am really disappointed because the height of this couch made a huge impact in my decision to buy this one over others. I trusted the reviews on this couch and now think maybe some of these reviews are not real ones. I also wish there was something that held the back cushions in place. They fall over and squish really easily.

NO assembly is a lie..

This item indicated it did not need to be assembled. 2 adults took 4 hours to assemble. It arrived in a large box and when I opened it and read the instructions, it said that it could only be returned in original box. It would be impossible to return to original box. You could never get it back in its original box. The couch looks pretty good but It is not very sturdy. I wouldn't recommend if you have a lot of traffic.
