Lightweight but short battery life

I'm honestly surprised there are so many 5 star reviews. Pros for me is that this is a lightweight vacuum that's easy to maneuver which is great. But, the cons are the I don't find the suction to be very powerful and, on a full charge, it dies within 20 minutes. I can never finish vacuuming before it dies. But, I'm still giving it 4 stars and not less because in the product description, it does say the ‘battery working time' is 20-35 minutes so they were honest. Still unfortunate though.

it doesn't work anymore I thought that I made a very good purchase in the first month we bought it, now it does not vacuum even the smallest parts %26 hair, even though it is a pet free house. The battery dies in 15 min.
