Okay look, this isn't a Shun or Miyabi knife but let's be real, you're not on Walmart looking for that. I bought this because my spouse needed a better fruit knife (he had an old beat up Farberware paring knife) for peeling apples and pears with his lunch and it had to be cheap because there's a good chance he'd lose it. I ordered this. This thing is SHARP. Like impressively so, considering the price. It went right through his apple like a hot knife through butter. He's had it for a few months now and it sees daily use. Still holding up well.
