Fantastic pigmentation; it glides on smoothly and stays on throughout the day without smudging. Rich buttery application, as good as urban decay pencils.
This is by the far the creamiest eyeliner I own. It acts like a liquid liner in pencil form, so it does require a few seconds to dry. It works great on the upper and lower lash line. However, I'm more of a waterline user, so I tried using it on my waterline and it IRRITATES my eyes like crazy! My eyes constantly feel dried and phases in and out of redness. This is probably because of its liquid-like formula; feels like it absorbs all the moisture from my waterline. Overall, this is definitely a great long-lasting liner, but not for the waterline.
