The real One a Day bar.
Honestly, I did not expect to like this. Protein bars are essential over-rated due to the cost and the junk in the product. This was actually a great purchase. The taste was like a granola bar with a dash of chocolate. Not overly tasty, but I didn't buy the product to fill my taste buds, I bought it for the protein, vitamins, minerals, and the price. The taste just happened to be fine and in fact the chewy granola really does help curve an appetite. One of these and I'm good til dinner. You really only need one a day. This version is low on sugar too. And, buying from Walmart is less expensive than anywhere else, so cheers for Walmart for that.
