I still have back and shoulder problems but this bra does help compared to my regular bras. the straps are wider so they are not digging in your shoulders. the front has hooks the whole way down. it doesn't roll under much which is a plus. I like the back support. this is the first support bra I've tried so I've nothing to compare it to as far as another brand. I'm satisfied with this one.

I have weighed about 20 lbs in the past few years due to menopause mostly and I'm now a 38D instead of a 36c. This bra makes me feel I like I'm a 36C again! It's supportive, well made and comfortable. My breasts are still firm but they're heavy so of course they naturally hang(slightly). This bra holds them in place very securely and I feel like from the design of the bra itself that it might even help women whose breasts are so heavy it causes them back pain. This bra is amazing. I'm ordering more.
