If you're like me and can't justify a $100 massage from a fancy shop, this is for you! I work long hours lifting heavy items all day! And to get a quick full body massage at home is priceless! I would like to add that a weighted blanket while using is helpful if you are a slim person to feel even more of a benefit! I wondered if this would really work or be quality. But it's fantastic! The massage is strong enough to really feel it and the heat is perfect. Hot enough to feel and know it's on but not so hot to burn or make you uncomfortable. I'm glad I got it instead of the more expensive ones sunset it works so incredibly well.
