If you want your noodles a little softer cook the noodles in the water as it boils. An important note: This isn't spicy, ok? Don't let the chili powder scare you. 😉 The soup itself taste homemade. The noodles need more time to cook. All an all I'm really happy with the product and I'm gifting a 5 pack to a friend.
