I didn't realize it was so big lol. I wanted it to bake Macaroni and cheese in it. You can put a turkey in it. I like the extra part to lift the meat from the bottom juice. I love it %26 will be using it for large meals and great desserts. If you want a pan to make large meals, this is the pan to use. Use nonstick spray before the first use! I recommend it this product.

This pan is a keeper. Comes w a rack perfect for roasting anything from a roast w trimmings or turkey, etc. My only drawback for me-is that it's a little large for my usage. Cooked a small turkey in it, ( would have taken a larger one) came out perfect. Check measurements ; Great for a family! Highly recommend this pan!!
