. Brewing Directions. For 1 Quart (32oz). Bring 2 cups of cold water to a rolling boil. Pour boiling water over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-5 minutes, remove tea bag and sweeten to taste. Add 2 cups of cold water and chill. To prepare a half gallon use 2 tea bags and 8 total cups of water

Louisiana is to me and my husband the only tea. Ivbrew it by the gallon, and I use my teapot to boil the water. When my tea pot whistles I pour about 3 cups of steaming water it in my pitcher if I use sugar I put the sugar in first and use a wisk to stir the sugar until dissolved. Then I I put 3 tea bags in to steep for about 10 minutes but I leave the teabags in the pitcher. I add cold water slowly so it doesn't foam. Then I lightly stir with wisk so I won't bust a tea bag. I have tried many different kinds of tea for iced tea and Luzianne is the best.

Stop buying Turkey Hill, Swiss, or other types of tea and make your own COLD BREW Tea. Use filtered water or spring water or your preferred water to save a TON of money. Cold brew in the refrigerator for a few hours or even overnight, and you won't regret it. It's much cheaper, it's better for you, and you have control over what goes into your Tea.
