I love this wild rice. I don't consume normal rice which is not good for health.. This rice you need to soak it overnight 8-12hrs, so when you cook it it is fast and soft. I cooked it in the rice cooker. My husband had it for the first time and he is loving it. Very fluffy, taste good, healthy and the color look beautiful. I hope Walmart can reduce the price. If they did, I will buy only this rice from Walmart.

This is my absolute favorite rice. I used to purchase white Jasmin rice, but stopped after trying this product. I never knew that rice could have a full flavor profile. I would buy this exclusively but it's just too expensive by volume to justify - so we also use long grain brown rice. Other potential negatives are you have to rinse and strain the rice and it does take a full 45 mins to cook. That being said, if it wasn't so much more $ I eat it every day! 😀
