THIS GREASE GUN WAS USED. IT HAD A CARTRIDGE STUCK IN THE TUBE. I HAD TO CUT IT OUT. NOT VERY HAPPY AT ALL. I WOULD LIKE A TOTAL REFUND AND A NEW GUN.

Works fine, hard to pull plunger

It seems to be a good grease gun, my first one leaked terribly and so far no leaks with this one. Includes a cap for tip so that may have been the source of the leak. The only thing I had trouble with was pulling the plunger back far enough, had to get a friend to hold it while I pulled. I am a senior but pretty strong for my age so not sure if this is a defect but I needed it right away and have used it so won't be returning to try another one
