Never Order from Pro-Sellers

I love Lugz womens boots. I almost never order from these "Pro-Sellers" thru Walmart after being burned a couple times. This company, SHOEBACCA had decent reviews so I ordered a pair of boots. Should have known better. I don't know what that is on the boots but it makes me wonder if they aren't selling defective shoewear at a cheaper price than a normal pair of Lugz. If they are, they should state that upfront. I waited for more than 3 days to get these and was so excited when they arrived. I would like a refund or another pair that aren't already destroyed. So not happy right now and I will NEVER order from a Pro-Seller again. Walmart, you really need to check these companies out prior to selling for them. Makes Walmart look just as bad as these companies when they burn your loyal customers.
