The age in the packaging says three and up. I brought this for my grandson that's fixing to turn three when I went to put it together to make it easier for his birthday present. I noticed that the items were really small. they're too small for a 3-year-old and cord, a lot of assembly. in order to adjust the plane to be the ramp it takes some muscles. there's no way 3-year-old could do all this
