Got this as a gift for my mom. Wanted to get her the "no questions asked" best quality Olive Oil and this was it! The best origin; top quality organic olives which are cold-pressed and made in small batches. My personal research showed that, while Italian/Greek/Tunisian growers market organic olive oil; there tends to be issues with origin and quality control. This one from California has one of the strongest reputations out there. Do expect a bit of a "black pepper" aftertaste if you're not used to quality olive oil (it's normal and a sign of the antioxidants). Great size format, very reasonable price for what you're getting and you know you're getting the best health benefits possible.
