I like the material used to make the shoes, it is soft and flexible. I don't think the back of the shoes are going to cause a blister like hard dress shoes do. My only issue is there is no arch support inside, not even a little one. I order too big the first time. I return them and got a smaller size. When I get a different insert I think they will be great.
