Madden NYC Women’s Platform Lug Sole Loafers

I am SO happy with these! They came the next day after I placed me order. I bought the silver pair. They're ever so slightly snug but I actually like that because in the past I have bought slip-ons with lug soles or platforms and they would constantly slip off of my heal. I wouldn't have been able to get them on if I had socks on. So if you want to wear some type of socks with them, either go up a half size, or you could just wear socks that are that type of panty hose/tights material. I personally don't need socks when I wear mine so this doesn’t bother me at all. It says on the tag that came attached to them, they have an oder fighting foot bed/insole. The insoles have a nice, super comfortable cushioning to them. They, or at least part of them, are made out of recycled material, so I really appreciate that, especially for the price! If you have wide feet, depending on how wide they are, definitely go up a half to even a full size. Unlike tennis shoes or real leather sandals, these don't have stretch to them. If you're planning on wearing them to the office or somewhere like a concert, fair, and so on where you're going to have them on for longer than a couple hours or will be on your feet quite a bit, I would wear them around the house for a couple days just to break them in. I just love how they look on my feet and I cannot wait until the weather cools off a little here in Ohio so I can wear them out!

These shoes are stylish and go well with jeans or slacks. I've gotten compliments at work. You could dress them up or down. They are true to size and fit snug.
