Very good quality oil!!
Used this to make an old recipe.....fried spring rolls. Peanut oil is recommended because of it's ability to withstand high temperatures. This did not let me down. Spring rolls came out super crispy and fabulous!! Will be using this for egg rolls, fried chicken and stir fries. Great product!

Totally surprised at how small a 24oz bottle was. I believe peanut oil gets hotter than vegatable oil. I over cooked fried chicken twice. This oil gets spent more quickly than vegatable oil for sure. With straining I'll get about five frys before I have to dispose of it. I'll buy peanut oil again but not in this size bottle.
