Love having a gluten free option!
As someone who can’t have ramen noodles anymore due to gluten intolerance- I’m super happy to have this option! Plus it tastes healthy. The noodles cook well and have more of an authentic ramen noodle thickness to them then the normal ramen packets. The flavor is not your normal ramen. If your not a seaweed flavor kinda person you may not like this specific packet. But I usually crack an egg or two into my ramen while it’s cooking to add more flavor/protein. I would say sometimes if I add a tiny bit too much water - it does taste more watery. But then I’ll just add my own miso paste or even soy sauce. But I buy these packets every week for my husband and I - if we want a quick meal and we love them.
