2/4 benches broken upon receipt
Love this bench. However, the shipping process was kind of disastrous. Ordered two and one was damaged. The corner of the teak was diagonally broken. Took a while to ship back and ordered another. The next one was also broken in the same way but this was had two broken diagonal sections. Walmart didnt have a pick up option so there was no way to inspect it before receiving it. I called the manufacturer and they also said there was no pick up option. But I already had one gorgeous bench and still needed another to match, so I ordered yet another. Thankfully this one was not broken. Overall, it took 5 weeks to get two benches. Just dont order this one if you are in a hurry. Super easy to put together and very sturdy. I think the packaging needs to be better and I think FedEx needs to be careful when delivering it.
