Works Well if you know how to use it.

This works very well if you understand how your different components are controlled. Works perfectly with Amazon Echo(assuming you actually use it properly). Integrates well with Insteon. I have yet to find anything this will not control.

Very easy to program using the desktop software; have not used the mobile app. Also easy to operate with just a little practice. Ten digits, 0 thru 9, seem too close together, but I've yet to "fat finger it" and get the wrong channel. Would recommend!

With some patience it's well worth the investment.

The integration with Google Home appears to be working quite well once you setup shortcuts in Google assistance. It took a bit of time, patience and google searching to get this setup correctly but once it is, it's game changing. Finally controlling the entertainment system with your voice is a reality. My setup includes a Samsung TV, Yamaha receiver, and Roku Premiere + (using DirectTV as a cable tv replacement), Xbox One S. I have shortcuts in Google assistant via google home mini for voice control to start up the following activities - Watch TV (Power on TV, Yamaha, and put on correct input for Roku, and start DirectTV Now app) - Watch Netflix (Power on TV, Yamaha, and put on correct input for Roku and start Netflix app) -Watch Amazon (Power on TV, Yamaha and put on correct input for Roku and start Amazon video app) - Watch Blu Ray (Power on TV, Yamaha and Xbox One and put on correct inputs for Xbox One and start Blu Ray app in Xbox) Still working on other shortcuts but this was a good start. I highly recommend this remote for the tinkerer at heart. As mentioned you'll need some patience to get this setup but once it is put away that pile of remotes and make it simple for your kids and inlaws :-).
